The OMDNA USA Platform shall utilize federal tax credits to invite capital investment to invest in Our Entrepreneur’s through the establishment of a Community Development Entity (CDE) that shall be eligible to receive and distribute said federal tax credits through the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program. The New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program is a federal financial program in the United States. It aims to stimulate business and real estate investment in low-income communities in the United States via a federal tax credit. The program is administered by the US Treasury Department's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) and allocated by local Community Development Entities (CDE’s) across the United States of America. The NMTC is a seven (7) year program meaning the capital investor must keep said capital investment (CI) intact until 7-yr’s 1-day before a return (additional ROI) shall be realized affording the OMDNA USA Platform to fully employ each capital investment.
The OMDNA USA Platform shall establish a Community Development Entity (CDE) to receive and dsitribute said New Market Tax Credits accordingly to each CII (Capital Investment Investor) according the full rules and regulations of the CDFI Fund (Community Development Financial Institutions Fund)

The PMPTP (Plastic Manufacturing Production & Training Plant) is the OMDNA USA Platforms anchor capital investment to include The Academy for Entrepreneurship. Capital investment in the OMDNA USA Platform is offered in smaller amounts at a minimum of five hundred-thousand dollars ($500,000) per each capital investment.
